COVID-19 Updates

Due to the Victorian Government COVID-19 restrictions, we are able to take holiday accommodation bookings from regional Victorians from the 17th September 2020 but we are unable to take holiday accommodation bookings from Metro Melbournians until after October 26th, 2020. This date all depends on the restrictions applied by the Victorian Government. We will take future bookings, but please contact us, and we can assist you where possible.

We do require all guets to follow the Government health guidelines and please do not participate in any public activities if you are experiencing any cold or flu like symptoms. Q.1: Are we currently operating?

A: We are able to take holiday accommodation bookings from regional Victorians only at this stage. We envisage opening up again for holiday accommodation and taking bookings from October 26th, 2020 for Metro Melbournians. However this depends on the Victorian and Federal Government restrictions.

Q.2: What is Beach Holiday Homes Phillip Island doing to keep the customers and staff safe?

A: - All homes are completely cleaned and sanitised after each guets stay.

     - Each property is provided with hand sanitiser and disinfectant wipes

     - All geysts are required to bring their own linen , including sheets, pillowslips and bath twoels while the restrictions are in force.

Q.3: What is open on Phillip Island?

A: As from September 17, 2020,  regional Victoria will progress to the Third Step of the Government's reopening roadmap. 

The four reasons to leave your house will no longer apply.

Businesses in regional Victoria will be open.

That means restaurants and cafes are open for seating outside, limited numbers inside, takeaway and deliveries.

Face coverings will continue to be compulsory – ensuring that if we do have to be out, it’s in the safest way possible.

Q.4: What happens to your payment if you need to cancel due to the COVID-19 restrictions

A: We are being very flexible in these challenging and difficult times. From the 17th September 2020 normal terms and conditions for booking a holiday accommodation property will apply for regional Victorians. Up until October 26th, 2020 any enquiries or bookings made for holiday accommoadtion from Metro Melbournains will not be charged any deposit. Until all restrictions are off , communication will be made to update the customer when tours will be available.

As soon as the retrictions are lifted and bookings are able to be conducted, then a 50% deposit is required and the normal payments are required. Please read the terms & conditions.
