The two storey home has 5 spacious bedrooms, four bathrooms and two separate living areas. Take your pick of things to do – read a book on the comfy couches downstairs or in the upstairs leisure area, play a board game, sit back and watch a DVD on the large screen television or enjoy the stunning outdoor facilities. Perfect for 2 families or a group.

The indulgent outdoor entertaining area has everything you need to relax! Complete with solar heated pool, that is maintained at 27-28 degrees (as long as there is sunshine!) you wont want to visit the nearby beach! Please note the pool is only heated from November to end of February. If you want to swim in the pool from March to October you can but the water is very cold. Cook your own woodfire pizzas in the outdoor pizza oven or create a meal on the easy to use BBQ. With a convenient outdoor fridge and comfortable outdoor setting, you will surely feel like you have found your own slice of paradise.

The lower level has an open plan design with a big kitchen, large dining table and recliner lounge, which opens onto the amazing outdoor area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large Tecknika gourmet oven, dishwasher, fridge (complete with ice maker) and Nespresso coffee machine.

The first master bedroom, with a king bed, big screen television, large walk in robe and grand ensuite including a bath, is located on the ground floor. An ideal holiday townhouse located very close to the main shopping precinct of Cowes, short walk to the beach, shops, and cafes. Perfect location.

This modern split-level townhouse with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, is located in a quiet street and is decorated well to suit any holiday goer.

Features include:
Upstairs there is the master bedroom with a balcony overlooking the garden, Queen bed, TV/DVD player, ceiling fan, and entrance to the 2-way bathroom. The bathroom has a shower, vanity basin and toilet. Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed with double bed on the bottom and single bed on the top and a ceiling fan.
Downstairs there is an outdoor entertaining area with dining table setting and BBQ. This is where you can relax the day away. Open plan lounge, dining, and kitchen, with TV/DVD player. Kitchen has a 4-gas burner cook top and an electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, pod coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. Next to the kitchen is the laundry with a front loader washing machine, clothes dryer, and extra toilet.  Extras include ducted reverse cycle air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.
