Booking Information

Holiday Accommodation:

A two night stay applies to all bookings unless otherwise stated

Public Holidays - Australia Day, Labour Day, Easter, Queens Birthday, Melbourne Cup and any other long weekends:

A three night minimum stay applies unless otherwise stated

Events:

Moto GP:

A four night minimum stay applies unless otherwise stated

Superbikes, Classic Cars:

A three night minimum stay applies unless otherwise stated

Christmas to first week in January:

A seven night minimum stay applies unless other wise stated

All properties are not available to schoolies.

Booking Payments

To secure a booking, a non refundable deposit of 50% of the total accommodation rate is required within 72 hours of making a booking, to secure the booking. If not, the Management reserves the right to cancel the Booking without notice and attempt to re-let the Property.

The balance is to be paid 28 days prior to your arrival date .If a booking is made within 28 days of the booking date, the full amount is required.

Payment is accepted by the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard and EFTPOS (EFT) . Please note a credit card payment incurs a 2.25% surcharge.

All payments must be received in Australian Dollars net of any bank or other transaction charges.

Cheques, money orders and cash payments are not accepted.

House Rules

Below are a few guest rules to make your stay as smooth as possible

Please take note of the bin night roster and leave bins out on the appropriate evening. (see Guest Information document)
Upon vacating, please empty the bins inside to the garage bins and put out the bins on the curb.
To avoid excess cleaning charges, guests are required to leave the property as they found it, including emptying the dishwasher, and leaving the BBQ clean.
You're on holiday so enjoy your time, however, please be mindful of your neighbours and your noise level as you may be in a residential area.
Any required maintenance or issues, please contact Dianne from Beach Holiday Homes Phillip Island within 24 hours of arriving so we can resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
For security reasons, visitors of guests are not to stay at the property without prior consent.
No glassware is to be used near pools or spas.
Smoking is not permitted inside any of our properties; please dispose of your butts appropriately
